When you use Seamless via IOS (iPhone), you have to position your device so that the top of your iPhone (the back of the sound bar) reaches the middle of the Seamless TAG target.
In certain circumstances during the validation, an error message asking to activate Bluetooth pops up.
If your Bluetooth is not activated please activate it in order to validate your trip with Seamless.
However, if your Bluetooth is activated, it is possible that something interferes with the data transmission.
To restore the Bluetooth connection and enable the validation of your smartphone on the Seamless target, we recommend you to (three choices):
- Switch to airplane mode, then disable the airplane mode
- Disable Bluetooth (BLE), then reactivate it
- Restart your iPhone
- Update your iPhone's OS
