If you have found your mobile, simply log on to your Seamless mobile account using your usual username and password.
If you have bought a new compatible phone, download the Seamless application from the Google Play Store and log on in the same way as on your old smartphone.
Your account is immediately reactivated and your settings will be automatically transferred to your new device.
If you had not already contacted the Seamless customer service department when your phone was lost or stolen, the application will systematically be deactivated on your old mobile when you log on with your new phone.
What if you find your old phone after buying a new one? The choice is yours! In all cases, for security reasons, you cannot use your Seamless account on two mobiles at the same time.
