Any user requesting a special rate must create a user profile specific to the operator and upload the following supporting documents, as image files, via the Seamless account:
- A recent passport photo
- An identity document: national ID card, passport, etc.
The documents are subject to automated validation (except for identity documents submitted in PDF format, which are validated manually).
Depending on the special rate requested, specific supporting documents attesting to entitlements may be requested. Click here to see the list of supporting documents.
Supporting documents must be uploaded via your Seamless account and must be validated by our partner, which may take two to three days (to be adapted depending on the operator's lead times).
During this period, you can use the Seamless service at the standard rates.
Once your documents have been validated, you will be informed by email that your special rate will be applied.
