It couldn't be simpler:
- Unlock your mobile phone.
- Hold the back of the phone (not the screen) in front of the Seamless validator for one to three seconds. For certain models of smartphones, you need to tag with the screen of your mobile in front of the Seamless validator.
If you are logged on to your Seamless account, the application will be launched automatically.
Simply wait for the validation result.

- Check if Bluetooth is activated
- Open the Seamless application
- Click on the Seamless icon - the Seamless screen should turn to dark yellow
- Hold the back of the phone (not the screen) in front of the Seamless validator for one to three seconds.
Simply wait for the validation result.

For the vast majority of iPhones, Seamless validation is done using NFC. This concerns iPhone 7 or higher, with an iOS version 13 or higher.
For older iPhones that do not meet these criteria, BLE technology is used for Seamless validation.
Did you know ? Validation with Seamless consists of meeting the TAG sensor with your phone's NFC or BLE sensor. If the validation does not work the first time, try to position your smartphone another way !
