The application of special rates is at the sole discretion of our Seamless partners.

If you already benefited from a special rate with a partner prior to registering with Seamless, this rate may be maintained under the following conditions:

- Within your Seamless account, you must create a user profile specific to the operator.

- Upload the supporting documents relating to a request for a special rate: list of requested supporting documents.

The special rate will be applied once the operator has validated your supporting documents.
