How can I renew my entitlement to a special rate?

Entitlement to a special rate is subject to conditions set out by our partners.

A special rate is available over a given period and subject to the validation of the supporting documents requested by our partners.

To renew your entitlement, simply upload the supporting document requested by the partner to the user profile on your account.
