As a user of Seamless services, you may be subject to a ticket inspection carried out by our partners' staff at any time.
The purpose of this inspection is to check that:
- Users have correctly validated their use of the Seamless service.
- In the case of special rates, the user of the service is the holder of the associated Seamless account: check performed using the ID photo on the Seamless account.
In the event of an inspection, simply go to the “Verification” menu in the main menu of the application to display the transport ticket in the form of a QR Code

The verification screen is also available by clicking on the eye icon displayed on the green screen upon successful validation.
In the event of non-compliance, users may incur sanctions as set out in the general terms and conditions of the Seamless partner.
