How is my personal information kept secure?

The Seamless application is secure at every level, in that:

- It benefits from security measures applied by Apple and Google to avoid hacking and fraudulent use of mobile applications.

- It does not store any sensitive data or bank details. 

- No data from the application can be sent to third parties.

- All data relating to journeys is subject to end-to-end encryption.

- All bank details (registration of a bank card) are entered securely via a certified PCI-DSS payment platform.
