There are several possibilities:
Have you used several different Seamless services within the same month?
In this case, yes, it is entirely normal, as we take a separate payment for each partner service used.
If you haven't already done so, please refer to your monthly statement for the breakdown of your use of the services.
Do you use your bank card to pay for other Seamless users in your family (e.g. spouse, child)? If so, it is normal to see several transactions, as payments are linked to each user account and therefore are not grouped.
