I can't download the mobile application.

There are two possible reasons:

- Your mobile is not compatible. In this case, our application is not offered for download in the Google Play Store. Check that you have carried out the most recent software updates so as to ensure that you have a suitable version of Android (at least version 4.3).

- The application cannot be installed because your smartphone does not have sufficient memory. In this case, you should delete any data that you no longer require.
