- File size over 2 MB
- Unsuitable file format: files must be in image format
- Non-compliance of supporting documents: e.g. a drawing instead of a photo, illegible documents, documents other than those requested by Seamless or the partner.
We remind you that, until supporting documents have been transmitted and validated, you can use Seamless services at the standard rates.
