Can I create a Seamless account for my child?

The Seamless service is accessible to all, but each account is associated with a single user and a single mobile phone.

Therefore, if your child uses the Seamless service, it is advisable to create a specific user account for him/her and to complete the contact form with his/her data (in particular, date of birth, to benefit from special rates).

For the monthly payments, you can register your bank card details.

To benefit from a special rate, you must:

- Create a user profile specific to the operator.

- Provide the appropriate supporting documents, which will be submitted to the Seamless partner for validation.

- Wait for the operator to validate the supporting documents (the service can still be used at the standard rates). List of supporting documents here.
