Please ensure that you have created a user profile and uploaded, via your Seamless account, all of the supporting documents requested by the service operator.
The supporting documents relating to your special rate must be validated by our partner, which may take two to three days.
During this period, you can use the Seamless service at the standard rates.
Once your documents have been validated, you will be informed by email that your special rate will be applied.
This information is also available in the “User profiles” menu of your Seamless user account, which enables you to view the status of the profile in question.
