In order for your registration to be validated, check that the following points have been completed correctly:
- Complete all mandatory fields on the contact form.
- Tick the “I am not a robot” captcha box if registering via the website.
- Activate the account within two hours of receipt of the Seamless email.
- Register a valid payment method.
If you do not receive the activation email, click on: "How can I activate my user account?".
If you do not receive the activation email, click on: "I have not received the activation email".
