Once you have created your Seamless user account, you must register a valid bank card (i.e. Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard with at least one month until the expiry date) in order to use our partners' services.
The card will be checked using a 3-D Secure protocol and will serve to make monthly payment for the services used.
Once your means of payment has been registered, you can use all partner services at the standard rates.
In order to activate a special rate, you will still need to:
- Create a user profile specific to the operator.
- Provide the requested supporting documents, which will be submitted to the Seamless partner for validation. Please note that attachments must not exceed 2 MB.
- Wait for the operator to validate the supporting documents (the service can still be used at the standard rates).
