You can terminate your Seamless account by contacting the customer service department.
In order for your request to be validated, there must be no outstanding payments owed on your account.
Termination of your account gives rise to:
- Deletion of your bank card information
- Deactivation of your mobile account
- Deactivation of your online account
The definitive deletion of your personal information and accounts will take effect after two years (in accordance with the provisions set out by the CNIL (French data protection authority)).
