How can I create my user account?

You can watch our tutorial "How to create my Seamless account" or follow the steps bellow

From the home page of our website or our mobile application, click on “Log in”.

Register by completing the contact form as follows:

- Enter a valid email address that will serve as the username for the account.

- Complete all mandatory fields, indicated by a red dot or asterisk.

- Choose a password comprising at least eight characters, including at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character. Confirm the password by entering it a second time.

- Tick the “I am not a robot” captcha box.

- Click on “Save”.

- Enter a valid email address that will serve as the username for the account.

- Complete all the mandatory fields, indicated by an asterisk.

- Choose a password comprising at least eight characters, including at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character. Confirm the password by entering it a second time.

- Click on “Save”.

The account creation is effective, but the Seamless account is not yet active.
